Are items returnable?
All items are returnable in the same condition received. If an item breaks an insurance claim will be filed. Please read that faq. Shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is non-refundable as well. Please keep this in mind. If measurements are missing, please be sure to ask before buying. I do my best to take real life looking photos and show any damage to the best of my ability.
What if an item arrives broken?
In the unfortunate even that an item should arrive broken, please contact me immediately to initiate an insurance claim. I send all items fully insured. Also please retain all items including the broken pieces, packaging, bubble wrap and original box with shipping label.
How do I know my items will be shipped carefully?
I have been selling on line since 1997 and have definitely learned a few things in that time. Happy customers are a priority to me. No one wants an item to arrive broken or to be disappointed in condition! I use 1/2" bubble brand new bubble wrap to pack large fragile items. For smaller less fragile pieces I sometimes use the smaller bubble wrap. Sets of flatware will be wrapped safely so they do not bounce around in transit. I do not use packing peanuts! I use newspaper as cushion. This is good for the environment :)
Do you have pets or smoke?
I am happy to say we are a non-smoking non-fragrance home. We do have one old cat. She is clean and tidy and you should have no problems receiving items from our home. I clean all pieces before shipping and she does not have access to my office.
I do however have two little men who like to color and sometimes you may find some "artwork" on the outside of your shipping box. I hope it makes you smile!
